Three questions a hauler asks before bidding, answered from the record.
01
Which contracts are coming open
A decision board of every collection, disposal and transfer contract ending within 36 months, option-notice deadlines, and annexation protection windows — typed, dated, and sorted by time left. End dates are rarely published together anywhere; here each one is read from the instrument and dated.
02
Who holds them, and on what terms
The instrument itself: franchise, service contract or tariff. Each stream and customer class as its own line — exclusive or not, embedded in the rate or subscription, weekly or every other week — read from the agreement and cited to it.
03
Where the tonnage goes
The destination facility on every line the record names, and who decides it: the contract, the county plan, a separate processing agreement, or the hauler. A processor sees which flows are locked and which come open.
A sample of the record
The next open decisions on the board, as they stand today. Every row links to the document it came from — minute, ordinance, agreement or filing — once you are signed in.

A public ledger, kept properly.
- Public record only
- Public RFPs, awarded contracts, published tariffs and rate schedules, council minutes, regulatory filings, records requests. Never what one customer says about another. Nothing a subscriber enters is pooled, benchmarked or shown to anyone else.
- A source on every figure
- Each row cites the document it came from, with its URL and retrieval date; files are hashed where a copy is kept. If the source cannot be stated, the figure does not ship.
- Three states, never two
- Read from the instrument, withheld by the instrument, or not yet read. An unread cell is a dash, never a no. Verified, unverified and disputed are shown as such.
- Advisory, with assumptions stated
- Outputs are ranges and evidence, not a price and not a prediction. Nothing here promises a win or reveals what a competitor is doing; it reports the record and dates it.
